As
part of my many years in the Hotel and Hospitality business “I rebuilt
a New Hampshire country inn bed and breakfast. This evolved into
my specializing
in home inspection,” he relates. “I concentrate
on resale and new home construction inspections, including
environmental
testing for Wood-Destroying-Organisms.”
When you hire Signature Inspection Services, you are getting
a home inspector who not only evaluates the condition of the home’s major
systems and structure, but also evaluates how these systems are working
together and can identify areas that need to be watched, repaired, or replaced.
Signature Inspection Services wholeheartedly recommends
clients be present at the inspection, whether they are buying or
marketing. “It’s an invaluable learning
experience and reinforces my reports,” adds Bruce. The reports are computer-generated with
digital photography, summarize problem areas, and are color-code
highlighted. They’re very detailed,
running 20-30 pages and are available within 24 hours. The summary section is a concise reference to
all major points covered in the inspection.
Signature Inspections Services also offers a useful Powerpoint
presentation for realtors and/or clients, providing additional information on the
company and its inspection services.
Bruce’s insights and advice do not end with the
inspection. “I’m available for complementary
phone calls about the property as long as you own the house,” he states. He
appreciates as much advance notice as possible to schedule an appointment, as
he likes to give it his full attention, but can always accommodate emergencies.
“I want to share my knowledge with my clients,” Bruce repeats. “Buying or marketing a house is one of the
most important and difficult decisions anyone can make. Knowledge puts you in control by increasing
your confidence and sense of well-being in your decision, your negotiations,
and afterward. We at Signature Inspection Services offer
invaluable experience and knowledge, a genuine fondness for houses and for
people, as we believe that a home inspection ‘is all about you.’ Some inspectors miss or minimize this very
vital human connection.”
